Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We want every cup to feel right. If something isn’t, we’ll make it straightforward.
Return window & eligibility
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unopened and sealed.
Opened or consumed food items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrectly shipped.
To be eligible, the product must be in original condition with packaging intact.
How to request a return
Email hello@massa.co.in with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Inspection & refunds
We inspect returned items to confirm eligibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Email hello@massa.co.in with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve payment disputes. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in order cancellation.
Consumer safety
If you suspect a product safety issue, stop use and contact hello@massa.co.in immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue recalls or safety notices.
