Welcome to MASSA™. Each order is part of Assam’s story — chosen with care, packed with honesty, and delivered with respect. These Terms of Service are simply our way of keeping things clear and fair, so you know exactly what to expect when you invite MASSA™ into your everyday rituals.
By placing an order on massa.co.in you agree to these Terms of Service. MASSA™ sells the MASSA 2026 Selection — Assam Tea in three pack configurations: 100 g (1 pouch), 200 g (2 × 100 g pouches), and 500 g (5 × 100 g pouches). All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
Products & Provenance
MASSA™ offers the MASSA 2026 Selection — Assam Tea. Each harvest is tasted and chosen by our team; we describe provenance and harvest notes on each product page. We aim to be transparent about origin, harvest season, and any certifications.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Prices are shown in INR and include taxes where indicated on the product label. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. If we cannot fulfil an order (stock, quality, or verification issues), we will notify you and refund any payment promptly.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card details. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the order amount and applicable taxes. For payment disputes, please contact hello@massa.co.in first; we will cooperate with Razorpay and banks to resolve chargebacks.
Shipping and Title
Shipping timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the shipping address you provide.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our Returns and Refund Policy explains eligibility and process. If you believe an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
Packaging
Products are packaged to protect freshness and quality during transit. Packaging materials and pack formats are described on product pages and on the packaging itself. Any statements about packaging are factual and limited to protection and product integrity.

Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and on packaging. If you have specific allergies, please review product details before purchase.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MASSA™’s liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
